[DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using Alverton Desk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02

The service

Alverton Desk is a software analytics and decision-support workspace for index futures traders. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice.

Access is provided in batches during a private alpha period. Availability, features, and pricing may change while the Service is in development.

03

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, reselling access, scraping data, or interfering with its operation or security.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rules of your broker, prop firm, or jurisdiction.

05

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interfaces, and content, is owned by Alverton and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.

06

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alverton is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, to be specified on completion of legal review. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
